Waterbrooke is run down facility that does not provide adequate care for its residents. My grandfather was in this facility until he died and he complained to me about the CNA being rough with him and disrespectful . I wouldn't recommend sending a love one to this facility because it is poorly ran by management.
I worked there for about 8 months (7 months and 29 days too long). A good friend of mine recently put her sister in there…I told her…get her out as quick as you can. She’s working on it. And before anyone wants to come at me, the problems I saw was discussed with management and nothing was done. On a good note, the Administrator was really nice and I liked her.
I put my mom into WaterBrooke of Elizabeth City since June 27, 2023, of last year. They have been doing a great job of taking care of my mom. The lady at the nursing home recommended that I take my mom here to WaterBrooke. Carol, who has helped me sign mom up to live there at this assisted living, has been helpful, professional, friendly, and fast. Also, Adele gave me a lot of great advice. Thank you, and keep up the good work :)
Do NOT work here ! The administrators WILL use you to pick up other people's slack, and working here feels like a slave plantation. You will NOT be appreciated for the work you do.
