Other than there not being enough staff and the administration is only worried about profit, I'll tell you a story about what happened today. My Dad is at Laurel Park, thankfully he got in there after Waterbrooke decided to sue me because they wanted to control his money. I guess that is why anyway no one could figure that out. It was ok for like seven years then many things went wrong for two years and there were legal and medical problems.

Waterbrooke is run down facility that does not provide adequate care for its residents. My grandfather was in this facility until he died and he complained to me about the CNA being rough with him and disrespectful . I wouldn't recommend sending a love one to this facility because it is poorly ran by management.

I worked there for about 8 months (7 months and 29 days too long). A good friend of mine recently put her sister in there…I told her…get her out as quick as you can. She’s working on it. And before anyone wants to come at me, the problems I saw was discussed with management and nothing was done. On a good note, the Administrator was really nice and I liked her.
