No the air conditioner do not work and you call the landlord.. and they say is not an emergency is 100 degrees out! They will fix it Monday!
Quite frankly its the lack of communication that causes this complex to get a 1 star rating. They loose paperwork, don't log work orders that need to be done ( i.e it took a week to fix the a/c unit each time time it broke down and i broke down 3 times in 2 monthes. 10 days to fix a leaking shower handle.) Losing the pet paperwork but still charging the pet fee, not getting back to me after 3 weeks with a responses to my deposit that i am owed even thought i have email Emily and Sherry 3 seperate times and calling multiple t... read more
