No the air conditioner do not work and you call the landlord.. and they say is not an emergency is 100 degrees out! They will fix it Monday!
Quite frankly its the lack of communication that causes this complex to get a 1 star rating. They loose paperwork, don't log work orders that need to be done ( i.e it took a week to fix the a/c unit each time time it broke down and i broke down 3 times in 2 monthes. 10 days to fix a leaking shower handle.)
