Great service. Chris was super responsive, came around the same day and gave us a really good (and honest) assessment of our problem so we knew exactly what we needed to do to fix it. Highly recommend.
No communication skills whatsoever.
Twice recently the Waterboyz have come to my rescue due to a faulty HWS. Unit need replacing and Chris talked me through the options of systems and the pros and cons of each one helping me make an informed decision. Would not hesitate to recommend.
