I think these guys are either out of business OR just have bad practices. Last year I had them work (color correction & protection) on my car and they did fantastic work. I wanted them to do another round in the beginning of March and I've heard nothing. A couple times I actually talked to a human and they said they are open despite COVID-19, but just couldn't get them to do the work. I recommend you look elsewhere.
