Charged me double the product to ship to my destination & then when it got to my destination I was being charged double that for it to be released. When I asked to return the product multiple times because I am not paying 4x the price for an inflatable stool, I was refused help and ignored. Not sure where the product even is at this point in time because any change in delivery needs to be done by the sender. Highly disappointed in the customer service and shipping process.
Shannon is AMAZING! They were out of stock on their website of the product I wanted and let me know right away that they would be getting more the next week. I called the next week to reserve the product, and Shannon was quick to help me the order. She also went above and beyond to make sure I could pick it up the next day! I highly recommend supporting this local business and their amazing products!
