Great group to work with - from estimate turn around to the actual work crew - all around fantastic! Just simply great! Great service, great workmanship and great price!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Cheaper than larger competitors for the SAME work!! Will be using their services as long as they will have me!
Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had with a contractor working on one of my properties. They were sub contracted to do a quote and once on-site they never made contact to give a quote or have a conversation with me as the owner. They did unauthorized work with ZERO communication. I found out the next day from my tenant that the work was completed and I had never approved anything to be completed.
