I have been using Water Works for my hull cleaning and maintenance for a couple of years. 34 Mainship Trawler in Newport Beach. All of the staff are extremely helpful and has exceeded all of my expectations. If you have a concern about your boat hull, call or email Wendy, Gabriel or Scott. Damaged my Outboard Motor Cowling by lifting it into the extended boat transom cracking it across the top to "clean" - caught the guy doing it yelled at him to stop, he apologized and did it again. Sent pictures to the manager, and requested her insurance provider. She gave me a story that she doesnt have it - the owner does, and she will get it to me later, but she ordered a new cowling???? I want to open an insurance claim not get an ebay cowling... Unbeleivable. I'll just keep posting reviews till WENDY gives me their ins... read more

Consistently good work and reliable. In the rare instance where I had a concern, they've been quick to address it. When I've needed unscheduled service, they've always worked me into their schedule. Wendy is very responsive and pleasant to work with.
