I have been very pleased with Water Works in their maintenance of my sprinkler system. I am a professional and it is important to me to have a professional Company looking after my investment. Water Works is honest and experienced and, they stand stand by their warranty pledge.
Great experience with this professional company! I hired Water Works to repair my sprinkler system. The technician was punctual, courteous and honest. He answered all of my questions and cleaned up very well after he was done working. My bill for the work was very fair. I am extremely impressed with this business, and I wish more companies had this level of A++ service. I highly recommend Water Works to anybody looking for irrigation services!
STAY AWAY! I like most people search the internet when looking for services. I should have been more diligent. I used this company to winterize my sprinklers. They didn't do this properly and the copper near the shut off valve cracked because water was still inside. They said they would fix this free of charge. When it came time to do the repair they said they had no record of this. They then avoided my calls and I believe blocked my number.!!! Response to below.... – In response to the review below... OTMOM- We are very sorry we didn't connect earlier this year. Our business is seasonal and we do NOT have office help year-round. Generally our work season begins in April. We are not a big company and we try to keep our overhead down to pass on fair pricing to our customers while maintaining high quality work and professionalism. Not professional! – Left them a message and then a week later called back only to hear their message that they were closed for the season. Didn't have the professionalism to call me back, just changed their message and erased mine!! Will not use them in the future.
Excellent Service – We hired Water Works to repair our 8 year old lawn sprinkler system. The service technician was very nice and helpful in explaining the controller to us and upgrading our system. It works great now and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lawn sprinkler company. A+
New system is Excellent!! – I called Water Works to get an estimate for an automatic sprinkling system in my wife's flower gardens. After speaking with Jay and looking at the cost of doing the 2 zones, I decided to get the lawn done as well. The job was done right and cleanup was excellent in my yard. Great Service! – I called Water Works to repair my older lawn sprinkler system this summer. The technician did a great job and was very honest. He got my controller to work like new as well and probably saved me a couple hundred dollars. Highly recommended.
NO SHOW WATER WORKS – Had an appointment for 9AM on 6/29/2011. Technican called and ask if it would be okay to come at 10 AM, he was running behind. I said okay. Then 11:30 arrived and still no call or technican. I called and he stated he would be over in approximately an hour. He did not show or call. Poor work ethic. I took the day off work to have the sprinker system turned on and fine tuned. Very disappointed with service.
