I just had to check for curiosity and not to my surprise of your Google rating. Imagine how much more business you could do if you were a little more nicer to your customers. We had to cancel an appointment the day before because my daughter became extremely Ill. The text we received was actually quit unbelievable . The text basically said in so many words , screw you , how dare you cancel an appointment the day before and good Luck finding another sprinkler company , along with a few other rude comments . He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by being my sprinkler service company . Called to have 3 leaks fixed in sprinkler system. The woman who answered claiming to be the owner was SO rude. Was on speaker phone and had to repeat the reason for the call 3 times. Obviously they are not interested in proving quality customer service OR obtaining a new customer. Do not waste your time with this company.
