Owner took $85 for services never performed. We have security cams on our property showing no one came to close down sprinkler system. Owner showed up, took money. When texted he said “one of his guys did it earlier”. We were home and in yard all day. Video backs us up. When we informed owner of this, he would not respond or return money. DO NOT TRUST
