This place just gets it. The whole thing is an experience. They give you dash wipes before you go into the car wash. Their vacuums work better than competitors. They have air compressors. They have multiple FREE cleaners and microfibers. They have a machine that cleans your carpet floor mats for you. I moved 15 minutes away from them and will make the extra long drive to them because of how good they are.
Like they have towels. They also have window and interior cleaner. I Think it's awesome
Scratched my brand new paint job down the sides. And still left hard water residue on my car when done. I will not be back.
Tonight as I went through the car wash I noticed it seemed like some of the washers were not turning like usual. I go by the vacuums and start wiping down my car, an employee, Paige, was out there and stopped me to say my car didn’t look very clean for just going through the wash and said some of the washers were not working. She gave me a voucher for a wash next time I go in! Thank you again to Paige for the wonderful customer service. It was highly appreciated for taking notice!
