The Water Works Car Wash & Detail Center at 2280 Montebello Square Drive is an outstanding place to get anything done to your vehicle that has to do with cleaning! I've been using the for years and even when I had a "bad" wash, it was always taken care of or totally redone. Employees are motivated and really care about their work (a sign of good management). The moment I pulled in line it was all downhill from there. 20 minutes before anyone even came out to ask which service I’d like. One guy working the line with about 10 cars waiting. Wash was subpar which could’ve done myself. Only go here if you have 1 hour to spare. Poorly run operation & the manager was a guy named “Don”
The customer service was okay but the actual service for the car wash and what I paid for was terrible. I paid for the full service which included interior cleaning and vacuum and I left there and had to go and re-clean the interior of my car. They wiped down the dash and vacuumed ontop of the floor mats. Under the mats were never vacuumed. For $20.00 it was a waste of my money and will never go back and recommend you save your money and never use them.

Great customer service! Indeed, they have the best customer service skills in town. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I was impressed! I will definitely visit them for all my car washing needs. By the way, detail service was outstanding.
Great Service These guys and gals do their job extremely well. I went in the morning and it took around 4 hrs. For around 100 bucks they had cleaned and polished the exterior, cleaned the leather sheets, foam washed the carpet and top of the car. Cleaned and polished the dashboard. Overall when I steped into the car it felt new, was a well spent money.
