The waiting room is nice. The service is quick. The employees are friendly and know what they are doing.
Did a crap job. Dont ever ask for details or interior wash – It was the closest one to my house so I gave it a shot because there were food stains on the seats and carpet. I want it "professionally" cleaned so I expected it when I took out my wallet. When I got back to the car, they did a crap job. The stains were still there, no magnifying glass necessary. Dont ever stop here except for four square points
UPDATE: I worked with the general manager of this car wash to come to a solution that appeased both parties involved. The theft did occur and was acknowledged by the business and I have since been reimbursed for the amount of my iPod. I was told that internal measures were taken to ensure this does not occur in the future and the person involved was let go from their position.
