Have been a customer for 6 years. Scheduled this year's blowout 10 days from now on Oct 25 (which was an available date on their website for my city). They stop by, an hour after I had just scheduled the blowout, unannounced, and of course - no one was home. I tell them I scheduled the work for the 25th, per their website, and they reply with "sorry - we're done with your neighborhood for the year and we can't help you". No problem.
