My wife called this service and set an appointment to get an estimate. They never showed up, and didn't call back. So, my wife called a second time. Said they got busy and weren't able to make it. So, she set up another appointment. Same result. I understand if contractors get busy, or another job takes longer than expected, but there is NO EXCUSE for failing to call to let a customer know that you can't fulfill the commitment you made!
