Don't expect return phone calls for a week if ever. Called twice in one week about weeds and never got a return call, so I cancelled service after being a customer for many years. Their weed control is marginal at best
Reckless, Aggressive Driver – Avoid This Business I don’t know who runs this company, but I’ve never seen a more reckless or aggressive driver on the highway. One of their vans dangerously cut people off on a New Jersey highway, then blocked an exit, preventing everyone from getting through. Would not recommend. I inherited Water Witch from previous home owners for opening/closing my system. They opened my system in the spring after a couple reschedules, which as a new homeowner I didn’t think too much about. Upon opening my system they noticed a busted pipe to one of my sprinkler heads. The tech said he’d be back in a week to fix it, never heard from him. On time and thorough!
Stay clear!! They will charge you for services not rendered. I've been trying to resolved issue with bill for over 6 months. Multiple calls, they don't call you back. It took months just to get an initial invoice. This is not rocket science. They wrote on invoice that issue was break in wire from contractor digging. This was not the issue. Break in the wire was in the garage and related to the a siding contractor....try and get the bill paid by the siding contractor when the invoice suggest issue was in the ground.
