Horrible experience. I would look for at other places for swim lessons. Incompetent staff.
One Star – This Swim School Should Be Left in the Shallow End I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this swim school to anyone who values their time, money, or their child’s safety. What was marketed as a reputable, structured learning environment turned out to be a chaotic mess of poor communication, disinterested staff, and complete organizational failure. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Recently took my daughter there for swim lessons. Unleashed brands is horrible and I just found my favorite front desk person no longer works there. This was the one individual who I relied on constantly and was my go to person to provide help whenever I needed to make up classes for my child. I am looking elsewhere because this place doesn’t cut it. Don’t even bother asking about the pricing - it’s too expensive!
