DOG FECESON WALKWAYS IN & OUT OF THE BUILDINGS. The grounds are always filthy. I emailed the message below to Norwood Gardens in April 15, 2021 and many other times. Please look at the previous messages that my family and I emailed to Norwood Gardens numerous times, without any response. This property is a dump. The grounds are filthy with trash and cigarette buds. The washer and dryer in buildings are old and takes many rounds of drying the same load for the laundry to be dry. The corporate office in Newton, MA and Norwood Gardens management wont respond to requests or complains. The front and back doors are left wide open and have holes with a sign of being forced open. Don't take the promises from management seriously because they will not honor their promises. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PLANTS AND THE NICE... read more
For the same price, you could simply live nearby in a better place. I liked my apartment itself, but management made the building an uncomfortable place to be. The person we worked with at first was very nice, but she left right when we moved in. Her replacement has a very non-customer service attitude and is unnecessary to deal with, just live somewhere else. There are a dozen complexes on the same street with the same amenities and perhaps minus: staffing shortages, only emergency maintenance orders answered, animals urina... read more
