They’re awesome people and they explain everything about the alkaline content and its benefits. We’ve been buying water from them for the past few months and it’s definitely made a difference in how we feel. Highly recommended.

If I could I'd rate this a -100. DON'T use the outside machine, it will charge 2-4 extra bottles along with it supposedly says their $1.50 outside but after your order pending the next day its $7.50 for each bottle and inside you have to pay $5.00 for a bottle. They also admitted there are no records on thw machine outside so they don't keep track of anyone's money. Its a poor run down business with a new owner who has no respect for her customers and thinks she can just do and get whatever she wants.
I'm changing my 5 star review to a 1 star because the machine outside keeps double charging me and the owner is brushing me off. I just spoke to Ms. Gusman, again, she refuses to take care of her long time customer that has been double charged 7 times, totaling $52.50. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I will be treated like the loyal customer that I am.
