I just want to say, Rainsoft crew is amazing, especially technician that walk me through the process from the office on how to reset the system and taught me a few things about are great system to.. He fixed are issue!!!! Great job!! And me and my wife greatly appreciate it! We had are system for four almost five years, still works great, tripped it while changing ev on 120v, we now have 240v installed for are ev.
Dan was amazing and was very helpful with all my questions and the install was flawless. Also the office (Paige) was very helpful with all of my questions and they were able to come out the same day.
Dan visited my home today to replace my reverse osmosis filters and inspect my water softener. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. He took the time to educate me about both systems and treated my home as if it were his own. His many years of experience are evident, and he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and have peace of mind.

Top notch service from start to finish. The other Rainsoft dealer could not get me in for 3 weeks (who wants to deal with hard water for 3 weeks?!) but these guys were able to offer me an appointment in 2 days. Dan was my technician and he was thorough, replaced my leaky bypass valve, explained everything and made recommendations to help my system run more efficient. I will be using these guys from here on out.
