The Rainsoft service technician Dan was punctual, friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the equipment he was working and able to explain in detail any questions my wife or I had.
This place is a scam. I would never recommend anyone getting a water system from them. Who charges 150 dollars for a service call then 1 dollar per minute. That first hour should be included for the 150 Dollars. On top of it your water softener system sucks it stopped working like 2 years after me having it. The water filters for the reverse osmosis are extremely expensive I am just mind blown by the lack of information that was given me during the dumb sales pitch.
