I would rate this higher only for the medical assistants Alex and Danielle and of course the fabulous Ms. Linda! They always are so sweet and welcoming and always answer our questions. I USED to see Dr. Elzaim but unfortunately he left the clinic. He was the BEST Dr. ever! But today I stayed to give this new Dr. Silat a chance. Well I waited LONGER than usual. Probably the worst and gross medical center ever. Do not trust them
Never received my lab results and it’s hard getting an appointment here. Very run down clinic and disorganized.
Good/Bad: ALWAYS overbooked. Yet again waiting an hour to see the General Dr. mom is elderly & on portable oxygen… (they suggested I confirm how many are at the time when we make the appointment. Helpful-except when made in advance) AND they gave me a list of her meds, missing the one THEY gave us! Seem to be stretched a bit thin. Cruddy building. Very knowledgeable and helpful doctors. Don’t seem to rush. Want to do what you need. They take care of business and handsome (sorry, not sorry) to boot.
