Stayed here in this spring and loved the location, the building and the owner. Corporate housing can be a mixed bag and I have stayed at a few but I appreciated the personal attention and details that Rebecca took care. It was nice to work with the owner instead of a company like I usually do. Location is good for walking to bars, restaurants and some coffee shops. This place was great, close to everything with easy access to downtown, groceries and some awesome restaurants. Very comfortable and homey, it literally has everything you need. Up to date and quiet with great amenities. The best part however is Rebecca the owner of the unit. She is extremely kind and enjoyable to work with, she is present when you need something and a great resource. Not to mention how much she respects your privacy. I can’t say enough about this place, I highly recommend it.
Coming from Texas, we were very impressed with the attention to detail that Rebecca shows in equipping her condos! Everything from coffee maker and gas grill to muffin pans, cookie sheets and even extra batteries! Very well thought out and detailed. We stayed 9 weeks awaiting the birth of our grandson to our kids who live in Arvada. The stay was extremely safe and comfortable, especially given the ongoing pandemic. This was a great place in a good location- walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. It was very clean & fresh and was a wonderful place for our retreat. We’d highly recommend it and would love to go back again.
Leasing for almost 9 months now while we build a house. Owners are very nice and really responsive to any issues or needs. They are thoughtful and communicative and make sure we know what is going on in the building community. The condo is really nice, has great views, and the building is situated in a prime location with many fun things to do within walking distance. Other people that live here are generally friendly and it is a comfortable place to live for an extended stay.
