I have a finished basement and my sump pump went out. I called it was 11 o'clock in the evening and they came right out and didn't charge me extra for coming out at night. They were here fast and he was very friendly, most of all my basement was saved! I will refer all my friends and family to them. Thanks, Lisa

This is in regards to a review of our company by Ruby Allen on this site - I was concerned that Ruby Allen was not satisfied I couldn't find her in our customer records. I called Ruby Allen after I got her number from 411, she is a senior citizen, doesn't own property and lives in a senior complex. We have never done any work for her and never done any work in River Grove. We would always try and resolve any issues. Water Tight Plumbing

Water Tight installed a new sink in my bathroom and it leaked from the first moment it was installed. When I asked about it, the technician told me that I needed to contact the faucet manufacturer because the faucet was faulty. It turned out that he had done a poor job. Not only had he installed the faucet incorrectly and it leaked, but he also installed the trap in the drain incorrectly, and that leaked, too.
