Liam and Peter attended to assess my toilet leak and were wonderful, communicated very clearly during the whole process and walked me thru every step of buying a new toilet and installing it that very day, clear on expectations and cost and time frames, even cleaned the floor before they left, I highly recommend Water Tight and will be using them again to change the basin over as well.
Lovely, knowledgeable guys (Will, you know who you are) who quickly solved and sorted the brummy work from a prior plumber. Efficient, well priced, and just really nice to deal with. The appointment was easy to make. Time of arrival was as said. The work was done thoroughly so far as I can tell, and Liam discussed the process and what could be done to fix my problem with the gutters. Just waiting for a downpour to really test out what was done but feel confident I will have no more problems with the gutters.
