It was a pleasure to have Braydon and Michael install a new instant hot water heater on 27 August 2026. They arrived on time, were really polite, professional and did a great job of the install. Will use Water Tight Canberra again for any plumbing needs.

Well organised, on time, and an impressively high level of attention to a quality outcome. The repair required a complete unit to be fitted, which builds in extra cost and labour. Keeping that in mind the job was done within a reasonable budget. (But if you are ever building a house never have an in-wall cistern, no matter how good the design looks.)

I had to call Water Tight Canberra for a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and kept me entirely in the loop while they worked. What stood out the most was their transparency and honesty.
