I hired this company to fix water damage in my basement, but the job was left incomplete. They removed drywall but didn’t replace it, and they never came back despite multiple follow-up calls. The workers were rude and unprofessional. I regret ever calling them.
After a flood in our kitchen, this company dropped off drying fans and dehumidifiers, but no one came to check them or remove them for over 10 days. My electricity bill was through the roof, and I was completely ignored when I asked for updates. Very careless service.
The restoration cost ended up being almost double the estimate. On top of that, they rarely answered their phone or returned messages. I had no idea what was happening or when they were coming. Completely disorganized and not worth the money.
They claimed to handle mold remediation, but after they “finished,” the smell returned in less than two weeks. I had another company come out and found they barely cleaned anything. I had to pay twice for the same job. Avoid at all costs.
