Very service oriented management with excellent staff! I had a system that got too expensive to keep up and when the company abandoned Tucson and I could only get service out of Phoenix, I looked for a new company to work with here.Luckily, I found Water Tec. The first appointment a new customer has with Water Tec is always with the owner. For me, he was very informative and helpful but not hard sell. Excellent service Knew right away what the problem was with our Water Softener. Was punctual and had all the necessary parts to repair it. was done in no time at all. Price was also reasonable. Would defenitely recommend to anyone.
