Used Dave Judy for Plumbing 24 years, the RO system he installed quit working six weeks ago and Dave won't return our calls. Weird, strange. I thought he was a great person, but evidently I was wrong, not very professional. I have seen other reviews of him doing this to several other people. Good luck Dave you are a disappointment and a strange person.
No one returns your calls
Called Dave on a Saturday and got a call back within an hour. Half an hour later he was at my house fixing my sump pump. Professional and responsive service.
When my water heater started to fail, Dave was out the same day to diagnose the issue. He showed up on time, clearly explained options and pros and cons, and his work on a tankless replacement for my tank-based heater is incredibly nicely done. He cleans up carefully, takes care to use coverings on carpets when transporting the old gear, and made sure I knew details of how the system works before he left.
