Called Dave on a Saturday and got a call back within an hour. Half an hour later he was at my house fixing my sump pump. Professional and responsive service.
When my water heater started to fail, Dave was out the same day to diagnose the issue. He showed up on time, clearly explained options and pros and cons, and his work on a tankless replacement for my tank-based heater is incredibly nicely done. He cleans up carefully, takes care to use coverings on carpets when transporting the old gear, and made sure I knew details of how the system works before he left. Dave Judy is a fraud and dishonest. I can't put it more kindly. In 2018 he installed a tankless water heater in our home. 3 months ago it stopped delivering hot water quickly, taking up to a minute to deliver. I got hold of him--and ater a week he came. He said the pump needed a part, it was under warranty, he would get the part and install it.
