Welcoming and pleasant shopping experience. Staff works with you to help suggest items that meet your personal needs. Jewelry selections offered at various price points. Unexpectedly found a very sweet necklace. I appreciated the care put into the presentation of the gift item upon purchase. I will be back to shop again when in Madison.

I recently inherited 2 rings that I had no knowledge of the metal type or stones. Daniela was extremely kind and took a look at both rings and provided detailed information as well as estimated worth. She also suggested but did not push at all on a repair to ensure stones would not be lost. Highly recommend Water Street Jewelers!

I brought two necklaces to Water Street Jewelers that needed knots taken out of the very dainty chains. I thought it might take a few days, but Julia got all 4 or 5 knots out in just a few hours! When I asked how much it would cost, they insisted on no charge. Wow, what a special place! Thank you so much!

I went in for a few jewelry repairs, and the staff was wonderful to work with. They made it easy, and it was clear that they all knew so much about the product. They also helped detangle one of my necklaces, and gave me lots of helpful tips for my jewelry. Turnaround for the jewelry repairs was less than a day! I highly recommend this spot for jewelry repairs, and they also have beautiful jewelry that they sell in store. Gorgeous shop, helpful employees!
