Water street is a shining jewel in downtown Madison! Everyone who works here is so kind, helpful and professional. They recently special ordered a piece from a local artisan and when I came in to purchase a different chain for it, the ladies spent so much time helping me pick something out. This wasn’t a big ticket item, but the service I received was fit for a queen. Thank you!

They were very welcoming, engaging and very professional. They explained the process for the watch repair (new batteries for 2 watches) + watch band replacement. Welcoming and pleasant shopping experience. Staff works with you to help suggest items that meet your personal needs. Jewelry selections offered at various price points. Unexpectedly found a very sweet necklace. I appreciated the care put into the presentation of the gift item upon purchase. I will be back to shop again when in Madison.
I recently inherited 2 rings that I had no knowledge of the metal type or stones. Daniela was extremely kind and took a look at both rings and provided detailed information as well as estimated worth. She also suggested but did not push at all on a repair to ensure stones would not be lost. Highly recommend Water Street Jewelers!
