We (wife and daughter)came down from Syracuse the day before the run and had a excellent meal. Then participated in the Beers and Beasts 8k run with my daughter. We as a family have been to the brewery before and I knew I liked most of the offerings that they had. We had a great time at the run and after we decided to have a snack. The Buffalo Tots were unbelievable. Could not have been a better snack.

A couple of months ago my Boss and I were driving back from NYC on 17 when we got hungry. Looked up good eats in Binghamton and Water Street Brewing Co. was the first to pop up..so happens after I hit for directions she said dont go after the first one. Im glad I did.Their craft beer (as Im not a beer drinker, but had to try one) was amazing! Been there twice now and recently had their Hefenweizen. Their food was out of this world! the burger I ordered had this sweet caramelized onion mixture and blue chunky cheese that melt... read more

Love this place! I honestly enjoy all our local breweries for different reasons, but WSBC is my staple for a reason!

We enjoy coming here almost every Saturday evening. The staff are always friendly and make you feel at home. We enjoy going to the counter and placing and picking up our orders. They always are very courteous and they remember who you are after only a few visits. Their beers are excellent and food is very good. Loosen your tie and belt relax and enjoy the experience. No table service no problem-they are very tip worthy.

The best thing about Water Street Brewing is they don’t maintain the status quo- they keep getting better! The last few times I have been in they have had 10 on tap with several new brews. They keep adding new styles to their line up and I think the quality of their products keeps getting better! The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and their food is great! Just know if you are at a table you go to the end of the bar to order and pick up food.
