Very transparent. Fair prieces and friendly staff.
Amazing customer service. They really care about helping people out. I didn’t feel at all like they were overcharging me. Some businesses make you feel like they are charging you for every little thing but they don’t do that here. Thanks Water Street Auto. We will be back!

This shop is truly amazing. Honest. Fairly priced. Great communication. Fast (when possible). Knowledgeable. I could go on and on about them. I moved to Cambridge about 8 months ago and tried a few other shops but this is the best.
