Nothing to brag about. – If you are lucky enough to get the lake side view you are in good shape, however you need to be on the 3rd floor at least. City views are limited and the lower units have a very unpleasant view of the shore way (you could reach out and touch it). The parking is $100 per month in a ?gated? lot but the lot is rented out during the day, so if you happen to get home while most of the city commuters are still in town, you are out of luck for a parking spot!!
