Had a well issue on a Monday and John came by less than 24 hours after my initial call. He was great. Straight forward on the issues I was having, gave me advice for going forward, and charged extremely fair for what he rectified while on site. After getting the “run around” from some other well companies in the past; I won’t make any other call than to Water Solutions going forward!
It was a pleasant experience working with Water Solutions. They came out, at the arranged time as agreed. John was professional and courteous, He openly shared information about our situation. I feel like we were provided with quality work and at a fair cost. Virginia Energy recently had to replace the power legs to my home from the pole due to age. In the process they accidently trenched through the well supply line to the house. I called a local well company, and they came out, reviewed the issue and told me it was not worth their time to help me. They offered to drill a new well as a solution.
