Virginia Energy recently had to replace the power legs to my home from the pole due to age. In the process they accidently trenched through the well supply line to the house. I called a local well company, and they came out, reviewed the issue and told me it was not worth their time to help me. They offered to drill a new well as a solution. I hired them to repair my well. They said they wouldn't repair it because it is of the old type well which is a 2 inch. They suggested digging a new 4 inch well with a submersible pump which costs thousands of dollars. After jerking me around for 3 months, I accidently found out that they were going to dig the same exact type of well that I already had and told me it was of the old type which is a 2 inch and I was being charged for a 4 inch.
