A crack developed in our spa and Water Savers was called in for the repair. From the first phone call, everyone at Water Savers was courteous, professional and very helpful. After scheduling an appointment, They arrived on time, did a great job in affecting the repair and finished as scheduled. Top quality work by a group of folks who really know their business. Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service from the office. I am beside myself how they responded and treated me. I will say that thewWorkers in the field are very good, but office response via email was horrible and I paid a bundle for this poor service. I feel mistreated and have a bad feeling about how they must treat others after my experience. I find it hard to believe that they remain in business and sincerely recommend working with another company.

They are quick and efficient. Very pleasant and friendly. It is easy to get to talk with the owner - and he listens! I was very pleasantly surprised that my bill was reduced, lower than the estimate, because they said the job was not as difficult as they had anticipated. I've used them 4 times (I have an old pool) and they are consistently like this. They are commended for their work and work ethics especially because they have very little competition in the area. The supervisor even repaired deck damage, which was an extra!
