11/10 experience. Everyone from start to finish was so welcoming and friendly. Dr Herzog was fantastic, very personable and great at explaining the process. The first Tara was very nice and the hygienist Tara was so enjoyable to chat with. Great cleaning, great conversation. Misty was so friendly as well. All around just a top-tier experience because of the down-to-earth, genuinely good people that work here. Oh also the playlists are great. Very relaxing atmosphere.
I really don’t love getting dental work but this place is amazing. It’s like I’m part of a family. The work quality is perfect and the atmosphere is so comforting. I love y’all at waters edge!!!
Amazing place. I thought our previous dentist was top-notch, but this place is even better. I like the fact that we could sign up and get our info updated in advance. Once we got in for our first visit, it was so simple. X-rays, pictures, checkup, cleaning... all very easy. Dr. Allie took her time explaining everything as she went over the x-rays and pictures. I have been a long time patient of Water’s Edge Dental and can’t say enough good things about everyone in the office from the front desk, hygienists, dentists, and everyone in between. They have always given me the very best care and are genuinely pleasant. I recently had a bad bike accident that required extensive dental care and have come to appreciate everyone in the office even more. Ever since I was a child, I have hated going to the dentist. Water's Edge Dental is the first dental office that I don't mind going to (& I've had great dentist in the last). Their hygienist are so gentle and they do everything possible to make cleanings pain free. If you have sensitive teeth and/or you don't like going to the dentist- you need to give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised.
