The maintenance team (Alex) Is phenomenal! Very kind, very efficient and very knowledgeable. I’ve had multiple small maintenance request since moving in which have all been resolved very quickly (You wouldn’t believe it was only one man). 10 out of 10 apartment complex management and maintenance!

Update. So I was told the window leak was fixed…. It isnt fixed. The drywall is soaked, peeling paint and puddles of water inside. I have emails from the apartment saying how this window leak can be harmful to my dog. Couple weeks later he’s very very ill. I have spent at least $2400 at the vet and he’s still not better. It’s been 3.5 months and once they heard my dog is sick now they finally send a window company. They won’t let me change unit or cover the vet bills. They say I can leave for half of rent back. The staff have been very friendly and helpful for us. Kristina helped a lot with the application process, and Alex from maintenance has been very helpful as well.
