The maintenance crew at Water’s Edge (specifically Alex) is the best! Alex is so kind, knowledgeable, and even though he is very busy, he always takes care of any issues promptly and effectively.
The maintenance guy named Alex was super helpful and kind to us, he came out immediately on a Friday night to promptly help us with our issue quickly with great professionalism! Highly recommend !! Thank you so much
While the on-site staff was friendly in the time I had to work with them there were four managers some were acting managers. I moved out early and was told by the office I needed to pay $4309.08 which I did. Then on Saturday, 5/23 over a two hour period, I was sent numerous texts from two different numbers. I was later told these came from an off site came office. I was threatened to have my credit hurt. I have tried to call several times and have left two voicemails, and I have not heard back. I see that you respond to reviews, so please respond to my email I just sent or please give me a call back. From the moment I moved in I had issues. Starting with there being a large gap between my patio door and the ground. I had water flood into my apartment during storms and seep through the bedroom window. Blue tape still left in the apartment from items not fixed during the contractor walk through I’m assuming. Maintenance is amazing. Didn’t even submit a request just saw him out and about and he came over right away and fixed the issue
