Waters Edge of Killeen is the real name of this place. The front desk staff does nothing to keep this apartment complex up to standards. The trash is always over flowing. The pool is always dirty with debris and algae. The hallways are unkept. Half of the outside lights are out and don’t get changed. And the the gated community aspect is a joke if half the gates don’t ever work and just stay open. Don’t be fooled Salado this is not your place. Pay Salado price for Killeen conditions!! I have had an outstanding experience in my short time living at Water's Edge Apartments. I want to thank Alexa for getting me into a great apartment within just a couple days, and going the extra mile to ensure all my needs were met. Thank you so much for all you do!
I have to say for living in many apartments. This has to be one of the best I have ever lived in.. The people in the office are excellent, especially the manager when it comes to any needs or problems you may have that need to be solved. They’re kind, their prompt, and the place is immaculate.. I definitely recommend if you are going to live anywhere around Salido.
