I just visited this property and I must say that Kristina is the most professional and welcoming leasing I have seen in a loooooooooong time! Keep up the great work! You are amazing.
My husband and I paid almost $700 in application fees alone. We were denied with no explanation and absolutely no communication. The management literally ghosted us, and we never got a refund. The woman in the office, Jenna Merit is leaving positive reviews to make the place seem like it’s doing better than it is. Complete SCAM.
Genuine review for the maintenance and the then manager 5 2 for, a semi-modern building with no elevator. Maintenance responses on week of November 17th 2025.
