Maintenance is always super friendly and helpful. They put 100% effort into fixing the problem and if they can’t themselves they have no problem figuring out how to get it done.
Lived here for a few months now: Front desk staff is beyond great. Any time I’ve ever had an issue that needed to be fixed the maintenance folk have been there faster than I can get dressed! Super nice staff all around. Beyond grateful for them. Don’t listen to that random dude complaining about such mundane stuff. The gate didn’t work for a few weeks due to *mechanical issues*. I keep my horse in the Salado area and stopped by Water’s Edge Apartments during their open house since I had seen the posts on Facebook— I’m so glad I did! I was greeted by Casey, and WOW was she amazing. She’s a local to Salado, so she knew all the best spots around town. (Pro tip from her: try the cute pizza place down the main road — it was so good!)
