Can't get a hold of these guys. Tried in winter to use them for winterization based on neighbor recommendations, I could never reach them or get them to call me back after leaving a message. Still can't get a hold of them for spring startup. =(

Tim and Water-Rite have been so very responsive to my multiple questions in the past year (e.g., when I asked about the landscaping that was installed and questions about my sprinkler system). They did good quality work when they installed my sprinkler system and landscaping, but I did have questions months later because I was changing a few things. We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Water-Rite. Rhonda was extremely friendly and helpful in scheduling our estimate, and Tim was prompt and took his time to address our sprinkler issues. Not only did he re-wire our entire system after our sprinkler wires were accidentally cut, but he was able to get several zones working that hadn't been working in years. He took his time to thoroughly inspect our entire system and even discovered a valve leak in our water shut-off to our house. That alone saved us... read more

I have done a lot of work on my yard over the years with a variety of different contractors. This time I wanted something really to be a WOW because I see it all the time. I had a large garden space with actual garden beds. I was tired of the gardening aspect and wanted it transformed to a garden type sanctuary for my family and I. Water-rite helped transform our backyard into what we envisioned and love! Tim was very helpful with details for our retaining wall and Rhonda helped with plants and the trees. Thank you Raymond for helping with the retaining wall block cutting. They listened to our vision and it came together better than we could of imagined!
