The staff here is amazing. Rod with the maintenance department is very professional, and his greeting was with a smile. Rod completed our work order and he cleaned up afterwards. He also explained what he did to fix the problem. Also, the apartments are looking good. I notice there has been a lot of improvements on the grounds and the landscaping. 💯😊Â
Alex is very nice and patient. He will answer your questions until you understand and reply to your email very quickly. He's the same way in person. I spoke with him for about 20 minutes on my issues and by the end of the day, everything was resolved.Â
