The ARC is run by a dictatorship that makes the rules, interprets the rules, and changes them arbitrarily. Manager have a permanent PTO for not working on Fridays. HOA fees has being raised twice in less then two years with no accountability. Participation or voting on meetings about any subjects affecting the community are not allowed. Zero checks and balances in place. Worst part is rest of owners do not care to get this people out. Be VERY careful, these “adults” on the HOA and ARC act like spoiled children.
