My experience was horrible. They did more damage than the actual water damage. Their services were paid in full by my insurance company and 2 years later claim that I owe them over $10000. I refused to pay and 2 years later so a total of 4 years after the work. They sent me to collection . Hired an attorney now . DO NOT EVER USE THEM

We were really in a bind after Hurricane Ian hit our home. The “usual” companies for water restoration didn’t want to help us identify where water was in our home because water ran down our walls instead of flooding in. It was not an easone wanted to help… until we were referred to Alexa with her crew. Alexa and Ray both so helpful, so professional, and eager to assist.
