The lady owner is so nice! Always have a good smile, very friendly and make you feel welcome everytime!
Self-service or full service, they're great. So helpful and pleasant to visit this store. There's also a level of trust I have that I feel I'm getting alkaline water, and not getting scammed paying for alkaline water when it's purified. I've heard of stores doing that to customers, which is terrible. Highly recommend Water R Us, plus, you get to support small business which is always a plus for me.
Been coming here for over 2.5 years now, and I wouldn't care to go to another spot for my alkaline water. It's always clean, price is great and they're always so kind and pleasant there.
