Dave was nice and patient answering my questions over the phone. When Ethan came out, he did a great job installing my water softener and reverse osmosis filter under the sink. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to give me instructions on how to care for everything. They saved me $2,000 compared to what the Black Diamond salesman quoted for the same product. Will do business again!
