Excellent customer service. Never crowded when I go in.
One of the staff members today was so rude. I was just there to make a payment for my credit card bill, and she looked at me like I’m the dumbest human in existence. I understand that she knows more than I do and I respect the fact that she was just doing her job, but really?! She’s scolded me like I’m 5 years old. I am extremely disappointed.

This bank is filled with thieves. They ask for a 25$ deposit to maintain the bank account. If you’re inactive, and I’m not sure what that means exactly, I suppose if you don’t use the account every month, they will take 3$ a month away from you. I had an address change and starting from April 2023, they deducted 3$ every month until march 2024, then magically a piece of mail arrives to my new address, after all the money is stolen.
