Avoid, shady practices
BECAREFUL WERE THEY SERVICE THEIR CREDIT CARE COMPANY WHICH ELAN financial service. THEY cant stop IDENTIFY THEFT and you'll never cover for chargers you didn't make. WPCU will wash their hands clean.... if you want headache that never ends go apply their CREDIT CARDS
Excellent customer service. Never crowded when I go in.
One of the staff members today was so rude. I was just there to make a payment for my credit card bill, and she looked at me like I’m the dumbest human in existence. I understand that she knows more than I do and I respect the fact that she was just doing her job, but really?! She’s scolded me like I’m 5 years old. I am extremely disappointed.
Usually always have confidence when I leave wpccu when I've spoken with Jersen. He's patient to no avail He's steady and quick to bring up the obvious we might leave out He's quick on his feet in thought. He gets the job done leaving you with confidence. 😇
