My wife and I have been living here for nearly three years and we just love everything about the place,the owner and the Management and the staff could not be more helpful and friendly,i can’t believe we got our apartment so cheap.
It’s significantly overpriced, HOA is high, units are re-selling for a loss, short-term renters are cycling in and out, there’s no meaningful amenities, garage parking is extremely cramped / unusable, there is no heart to the place, just landlord-beige walls, fake wood flooring, cabinets too high to be usable, and windows too tall to be able to close once opened. Only 2 of the 60 units have their own exterior entrance/exit. There is no power charging for electric vehicles. You can hear everything going on in the hallways at ... read more

Very over priced and not worth the money. Save your money and go elsewhere. Owner is money hungry and that pretty much sums up the place.
