Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Water Out South Puget Sound. They asked us for an upfront cash deposit, and our water damage ended up being less extensive than they thought. Our final invoice came in for less than the original deposit (and had several services added which were not performed, further exacerbating the deficit). After exhausting all attempts to solve this discrepancy via phone, email and text, they have chosen to ignore us. I rarely leave reviews, but the experience with Water Out Mold Treatment was so concerning that others deserve to be aware before inviting this company into their home. We hired them to identify and remediate a mold issue. The problem was not correctly identified and the proposed solution showed a clear lack of expertise. When the time came for the scheduled remediation appointment, Jeff simply did not show up. No call. No explanation. No follow up. Danielle and Jeff were amazing and a perfect team. I needed them to address some mold in the attic. This issue was on my list of a contingent inspection response from a potential buyer, i.e. we were in the middle of a contract and there were some nerves. Danielle wrote up two estimates and two invoices. One for me and one for the potential buyer. The ones for the buyer explained throughly the work they were doing and didn't include the pricing. I didn't have to rip out walls and the condo units were dried in 2 days each. Being the HOA president, I am glad they took care of the units fast and efficiently. Started with one unit then moved down for the other unit. Jeff was able to park the trailer in a parking spot which minimized the effect on the traffic as we do not have a lot of extra space.
