I’ve always had good experiences at water nails until my most recent visit. I wanted to take my cousin who was visiting from out of province as well as my sister who’s never had her nails done before. The only time with three techs was closer to closing however we still took it. My cousin was clipped 2 or 3 times and bleeding. Not impressed at all. I paid over $85 with tip for a full painted green set with a bumble bee decoration. Every single one of my nails is crooked. I got these nails done this past sunday and the entire thumb is peeling off already. The bee decoration was terrible and I paid extra for it. Nail tech also left bail polish all over my fingers and only attempted to scrape it off with his own nails. Not happy whatsoever and will not be going back.

I came here once and I really like the shape of my nails but my fingers were raw and tender afterwards. I returned to the same lady and she was very rude/ unapproachable the second time. I work as a hairstylist so I don't understand why be rude to people who return as a client? If you hate doing nails then get a new job. Also they don't clean the cuticle when you pay for a fill so it grows out after 1 week
