I went in a couple weeks ago and asked for a set of gel nails. I was fairly uncomfortable at the appointment and felt they didnt listen or communicate about the process or to the style I wanted. I went to another salon this morning and found out they actually did acrylics and a terrible job at that ( thick, lifting,etc) so I had to pay fit removal and new gel set. I think they may have good nail girls but if you don't know exactly what you want go somewhere else where you can have a conversation about style and goals.
I recently had a pedicure done with the man at the salon, it was terrible job! He put the polish on so thick it was not dry by the next day, when I put runners on the polish still smudged and I had to remove it! Also he kept making disgusting loud snorting sounds throughout, so not relaxing, will not be going back!!!
Went here with my mom after a long time and we were reminded of why we left in the first place. Staff did take us on a Wednesday evening, but they were unfriendly, rushed and very rough. Mind you, it wasn't busy. The atmosphere was tense and the silence was very loud. The two stars is to be fair for the work they did, which was fine, however they did cut myself and my mom. they fit me in for a manicure and pedicure last minute and both people doing it for me were amazing. i felt so welcomed and they were so sweet not only to me but to everyone in there. i am so appreciative of the time they took with me, how gentle they were with me and how they accommodated anything i needed so effortlessly. i’ll now be driving here when i want to pamper myself.
