A piddling little order from me and they treated me as though I were a huge order! The high level of customer service and the awareness that there’s a human on the other end of the phone who wants to give them money was really refreshing. These folks are a rare find- For me and my family - Water Mart of Scottsdale is our go to supplier for ice and water! Chris I can’t thank you enough! Job well done.

We’ve been getting water here for a couple months now. The customer service is always so friendly and welcoming!! Chris helped us out the first time, he explained everything very well and got us on alkaline water. $50 for 50 gallons is a great deal! The water is great, and the store is always clean. Definitely recommend!
Would have been helpful if they updated their hours so that it didn’t show they are open on Labor Day when they are closed. Would also be very useful to have the machine accept cards since nobody carries cash with them.
