If I could give a negative 5, I would. I spoke with them, set up an appointment to buy a machine and 30 gallons of water a month. They were supposed to be here at 4 p.m.. Took time off from work to accommodate them. At 4:45, they were not here and I called the office. The lady said he was running late and would call me when he was 15 minutes out. Been a month, and no calls or e-mails!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Paid 860 for a water softener that sell for less than 600 on amazon. My plumber says it didn't come with necessary parts and now it costs 500 for installation. Now this things sits in my garage, unprogrammed or not regenerating.
They started nice and seemed like professionals when I started services with them. BUT now I realized that it was such a big mistake to switch services with them! they always have issues with their services and give you crappy reasons and their never ending apologies. this happened 4 times already in 1 year I am with them. I an definitely switching! they should be lucky I gave them 1 star coz if I had a choice I wouldn't even give them any!!
