The sales rep, Jay was very helpful, as he provided several options. He explained the pros and cons of each. Scheduling the replacement was easy. Jaelon and Dylan were timely and professional in handling the installation. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience.
Good customer service, Jason went over a lot of options and patiently explained pros and cons of all available options. Someone always picked up the phone when I called and Jason got back to me within 24 hours. Very satisfied with install process. Prices and product were better than competition.
I had a great experience with Water Heaters Plus. Aliena in their office provided me with a detailed estimate and was very knowledgeable on the water heater and other details (permits/additional plumbing services). Jeff, the plumber was did a quick install of the new water heater and hauled away my old 17yr old Kenmore within 2 hours. I would use Water Heaters Plus for my other plumbing needs
