The company started out by being friendly and kindhearted. Company was punctual on time with reasonable quote. Installer was Matt Hoffman who had a good attitude showed integrity and loves "Chocolate Chip Cookies" (homemade). Thank you Water Heaters Only for your business leadership .

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to contact and schedule with. They even honored a quote they gave me back in March without trying to change the price on me. On the day of the install, I gave them the green light and they messaged me at 12:30 to let me know Brandon was on his way. Brandon did a great job. He was on time and pinpointed the problem quickly. He repaired our water heater in a short amount of time. He explained what he was going to do and then proceeded with the repair process. We were very pleased with the results.
