I called Water Heaters Only (WHO) because I noticed water in the pan below the Rheem heater and WHO installed the heater 5 years ago. WHO sent Carlos to do the inspection. He arrived as scheduled and told me that the water heater should be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he could do it immediately.
