Once for my original water heater and then for my most recent water heater that failed not due to their installation but after 5 years of water softener and Phoenix hard water it had enough. Carlos came out quickly and replaced it and worked with me and all my questions and was able to clearly answer them. He also alarmed me about water damage and checked and showed me the areas of concern.
